We offer free ground shipping, delivery within 3-7 business days.
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery costs €9.95 for orders under €150. We offer free international delivery on orders over €150. All orders are shipped through DHL or FedEx. Delivery times are estimated at 5-21 working days from date of dispatch.
Parcels come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you the day they ship.

In the event of an order being return to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer’s responsibility. Orders reshipped to customer as one-time courtesy are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
CUSTOMS FEES
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the import policy, taxes, duties and fees of the destination country, the price, package weight and dimensions.
*If you decide to decline a package ( order value below €150), once the package is returned to us, you will be refunded for your purchase price minus a €10 fee for returning the item to us and restocking it. We can not refund you the original shipping cost. For orders above €150, you will be refunded for your purchase price minus a €30 fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box/envelope.
Jewelry is packaged in a branded VAROVA jewelry box.
