If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging. We do not refund shipping fees for returns.

Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item' with a value of €0 otherwise we are unable to accept the parcel. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred.
If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer one time free exchange. If you wish to exchange jewelry for different colors, sizes or designs, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please let us know your order number, the item you wish to return and which colour/size/design you want to exchange for. We will then give you an appropriate shipping address. We do not refund shipping fees for exchanges or refunds.

Please return your jewelry in its original condition and in its original package. We don’t accept exchange or return of damaged, used or worn products. You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected and processed at our warehouse, typically within 3-5 business days. At that time, any exchanged items will be processed and the new sizes/colors/designs sent out to you. Exchange items will be sent free of charge with free ground shipping.
